More Than a Job – It’s A Place to Grow and Connect
At Atwal Eye Care, every team member helps shape the patient experience, and for Rebekah Jeffers, that role has become something truly meaningful.

Having been with Atwal for about a year and a half, Rebekah was initially drawn to the opportunity for growth.
“Atwal seemed like an ever-growing company that would allow me to potentially move up and grow,” she shared.
That sense of momentum continues to fuel her journey today.
For Rebekah, each day is rooted in connection and care. From making sure patients are scheduled appropriately to ensuring their concerns are heard, her role is all about creating a supportive experience.

For Rebekah, each day is rooted in connection and care. From making sure patients are scheduled appropriately to ensuring their concerns are heard, her role is all about creating a supportive experience.
“Making sure patients feel taken seriously and that their needs are being met is a big part of what I do,” she explained. “And if I’m not the one who has the answer, I make sure they get to the person who does.”
What makes Atwal stand out most to Rebekah? The people!
“My favorite part of working here has to be the people I work with, and the patients I help. It really feels like a family.”
That sense of connection and teamwork is what sets Atwal Eye Care apart, and what makes coming to work each day something she genuinely enjoys. Rebekah is deeply passionate about ensuring patients feel supported every step of the way.
“I want patients to know we are here for them and that we’ll do everything we can to help and make sure they have the best possible outcome.”
While every patient interaction matters, it’s the small, meaningful moments that leave a lasting impression. Rebekah recalls a patient who came in with her granddaughter, who had recently gone through medical challenges and was struggling to assist with the wheelchair. Without hesitation, Rebekah stepped in to help guide the patient throughout her visit.
The following week, they returned with a simple coffee gift card as a thank you.
“It stuck with me that the smallest act can mean the most,” she said. “The relationships we build here really mean everything.”
Outside of work, Rebekah stays busy with her two energetic boys and enjoys baking for friends, family and special events. When she finds a quiet moment, she loves relaxing with cross stitching and needlework – a creative outlet that brings balance and joy to her days.
As she continues her journey at Atwal Eye Care, Rebekah is excited about what’s ahead.
“Continuing to build relationships with patients and coworkers, seeing new opportunities, and growing… not just within the company, but as a person. That’s what I’m most excited about.”
