Joseph Howie, O.D.

Dr. Joseph Howie earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2018. He went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2024.

Dr. Howie joined Atwal Eye Care in August 2025 and provides comprehensive optometric care at our Abbott Road office in Orchard Park. He is dedicated to delivering thorough, patient-centered eye care and helping patients maintain lifelong visual health.
